About us

Meet WM Consult

WM Consult was founded by two former teachers and experienced OSHC Directors. Each is accomplished in their own right, with different and complementary passions: one for the business of OSHC, the other for its people and culture. Together they understand first-hand how complex it is for schools to move to, and run, a Governing Council-managed service, and they bring a shared focus on the fundamentals that make a service succeed: sound finances, compliance that works for you, and a strong, consistent team.

Adam was the Director of the first OSHC service in South Australia to achieve an Excellence rating, reflecting a sustained commitment to high-quality practice, innovation and continuous improvement.

Adam is passionate about the business side of OSHC, including finance and sustainability, and about making compliance work well for a service rather than against it. Jenny Wei

WM Consult Director

Jenny came to OSHC through her teaching career and is a strong advocate for access to quality OSHC. She believes it should be embedded within the school, keep children safe and happy, and become a village for families.

She is passionate about educator development and team culture, and about supporting teams to find what works for them. Jenny believes in building strong, consistent teams with high retention and a mix of experiences and backgrounds, with the consistency, growth and solid foundations that let a service thrive. When educators feel supported and valued, children and families feel the difference every day.

Jenny was also part of the team at the first OSHC service in South Australia to achieve an Excellence rating. She has served on the Board of OSHC SA and advocates for the sector through NOSHA and Department of Education groups. She enjoys introducing new initiatives and creative approaches to OSHC, and helping services develop and grow. Alongside this people focus, Jenny is equally invested in the business of OSHC, including finance and making compliance practical for teams, so that the fundamentals of a successful service are secure.
